Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 150 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 40 g grated pecorino and parmesan cheese
  • 20 g Parmesan cheese to sprinkle

Directions

    Peel and halve the garlic. Cut bacon into fine cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and leave the bacon crisp. Fry the garlic as well. Remove garlic

    Prepare spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water according to instructions on the packet. Whisk eggs in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper. Stir in cheese and bacon

    Drain the spaghetti, let it drain and immediately add it to the egg and cheese mixture. Turn the spaghetti in it until everything is covered by a yellow cream. Spread immediately in deep plates and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
