Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Onions
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 200 g Carrots
  • 150 g Celery
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • 2 TABLESPOONS dried basil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) peeled tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil and parmesan slicer

Directions

    Onions peel and chop finely. Peel garlic and chop finely. Clean and wash the carrots and celery. Dice carrots finely, cut celery into pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan.

    Crumble the minced meat into it and fry it all around while turning it. Add the onions, garlic, basil, carrots and celery and fry briefly, also while turning. Stir in tomato paste and sauté.

    Deglaze everything with stock and tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and sugar. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer at low heat for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, put the pasta in boiling salted water, bring to the boil and cook for 10-11 minutes.

    Season the sauce again. Pour the noodles into a sieve, rinse with cold water and allow to drip off a little. Mix the pasta and bolognese, arrange on a plate. Garnish with basil and parmesan slices as desired.
