Peel and finely chop the garlic. Peel and finely chop the onions. Wash the chillies. Heat oil in a large pot, fry garlic, onions and chillies for about 2 minutes, dust with sugar, caramelise and deglaze with vinegar.
Add the tomatoes and season well with salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop coarsely. Drain anchovies and add approx.
Shortly before the end of the cooking time, pour vodka and lemon juice into the sauce. Drain the pasta, let it drain briefly, mix with the sauce and serve. Sprinkle with the remaining parsley.
