Soup with summer vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower (500 g)
  • 11/4 l Vegetable broth
  • 1 package (300 g) frozen summer vegetables
  • 100 g Noodles (e.g. spiral noodles)
  • 4 Vienna sausage (approx. 50 g each)
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean and wash the cauliflower and divide it into small florets. Bring the stock to the boil. Add the cauliflower, summer vegetables and pasta and cook for about ten minutes. Slice the sausages and add to the vegetables. Wash and chop the parsley. Season soup with salt and pepper and sprinkle parsley over it
