Ingredients

  • 300 g Chicken filet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 collar (approx. 400 g) Soup Greens
  • 1 small yellow pepper
  • 1 Bag "Solid lentil pot"
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1/2 bunch Chives

Directions

    Wash the chicken filet and cook in 1/2 litre of lightly salted boiling water for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the soup greens and peppers and cut them into small cubes. Take out the chicken filet and keep it warm. Pour 1/4 litre of cold water into the broth. Stir in the contents of the sachet lentil pot. Bring to the boil while stirring. Add soup vegetables and paprika.

    Simmer over low heat with the lid of the pot slightly open for about 10 minutes. Stir from time to time. Cut meat into thin slices. Season stew with vinegar and a little sugar. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Serve stew with sliced poultry. Serve sprinkled with chives
