Divide 200 g chocolate into pieces. Heat 300 g cream, remove from the heat. Dissolve the chocolate in it while stirring. Line a square form (approx. 28 x 28 cm) with sponge fingers. Pour the chocolate cream evenly over it and chill for about 15 minutes.
Mix quark, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip 500 g cream until stiff. Let the cream stiffener trickle in. Fold the cream into the cream cheese mixture and spread everything on the lady fingers.
Cover and leave to cool overnight.
The next day, cut 100 g of chocolate into pieces and melt in a hot water bath. Wash and clean the strawberries, halve or quarter them depending on size. Spread strawberries and chocolate on the cream cheese.
Serve immediately or chill again.
