Wash the cucumber and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut the cucumber halves into about 8 diagonal pieces. Mix cottage cheese and Roquefort, season with salt and pepper and fill into the cucumber pieces.
Sprinkle with coloured pepper and cress. Wash the cherry tomatoes. Cut 2 pieces into quarters and put them on the cucumber morsels. Halve the remaining tomatoes. Arrange 2 halves with 2 cucumber morsels on plates.
