Ingredients

  • 2 Protein (Gr. M), salt
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Pckch. Vanillin Sugar
  • 125 g Coconut flake
  • 1 (15 g) easy go. Tbsp. flour
  • 50 g Cake glaze "feinherb"
  • baking paper

Directions

    Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Beat egg white and 1 pinch of salt until stiff. Sprinkle sugar and vanilla sugar while continuing to beat. Keep beating until it is dissolved. Fold in coconut and flour

    Pour into 1 piping bag (medium sized hole nozzle), spray mountains (approx. 3 cm Ø) onto the sheets. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for approx. 10 minutes. Cool down. Melt the glaze according to the package instructions. Pour into a bowl. Dip the biscuits with the tip. Drying
