Zucchini washing, cleaning. Peel thin slices lengthwise with a peeler. Wash the tomatoes. Clean and shine the mushrooms. Put the vegetables alternately on 2 skewers, while skewering the zucchini in a wavy shape.
Season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a coated pan and fry the skewers in it all around for about 5 minutes. Mix salad cream with wasabi. Sprinkle the skewers with sesame seeds and garnish with coriander.
Add wasabi cream and bread.
