Sesame vegetable skewers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Courgettes (approx. 75 g)
  • 6 (approx. 100 g) cherry tomatoes
  • 4 (approx. 30 g) small mushrooms
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Peanut oil
  • 75 g low-fat salad cream
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Wasabi
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Sesame
  • 7-10 Tbsp Coriander
  • 2 discs (approx. 30 g) Baguette bread
  • 2 Shashlik skewers

Directions

    Zucchini washing, cleaning. Peel thin slices lengthwise with a peeler. Wash the tomatoes. Clean and shine the mushrooms. Put the vegetables alternately on 2 skewers, while skewering the zucchini in a wavy shape.

    Season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a coated pan and fry the skewers in it all around for about 5 minutes. Mix salad cream with wasabi. Sprinkle the skewers with sesame seeds and garnish with coriander.

    Add wasabi cream and bread.
