Sesame Shrimp Toast

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g raw shrimps (headless, with shell; fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 100 g Pork sausage or mixed minced meat
  • 1 TEASPOON Sesame Oil
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 4-5 discs Toast
  • 4-5 Tbsp Sesame
  • 1/4 l oil for baking
  • 6-7 TABLESPOONS sweet chili sauce (from the bottle)

Directions

    Possibly defrost the shrimps. Peel, cut lengthwise at the back and remove the dark gut. Wash the shrimps, dab dry and cut very finely. Peel garlic and chop finely.

    Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Mix all prepared ingredients, pork sausage, sesame oil and egg to a paste. Season carefully with salt and pepper. Remove the crusts from the toast, cut in half and spread the paste on the bread to a thickness of approx. 1 cm.

    Roll the coated side in sesame seeds and press down well. Heat the oil in a high pan and fry the shrimp toasts in it until golden brown. Add chilli sauce as a dip.
