Boiled potatoes with maties and cranberries

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 800 g green beans
  • 8 Matie's fillets
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 150 g Horseradish-Crème fraîche
  • 4 TSP Wild cranberries (from the glass)
  • 50 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill

Directions

    Wash the potatoes, brush them thoroughly and boil them in salted water for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, clean the beans and cook in little boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Wash the matie fillets and dab dry.

    Arrange on plates. Wash apple, remove core. Cut apple into 4 slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Put 1 tablespoon horseradish crème fraîche on each apple slice. Put 1 teaspoon of cranberries in the middle.

    Dice the bacon. In a frying pan, leave it crispy. Drain the beans and toss in. Drain the potatoes as well. Arrange on plates with matie, green beans and apple slice. Garnish with a flag of dill.
