Sesame chicken on kohlrabi

  • 30 g Parboiled Reis
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 small kohlrabi
  • 50 g mangetout or frozen peas
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Sesame
  • 1 TEASPOON Breadcrumbs
  • 100 g Chicken filet
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 5 TABLESPOONS low-fat milk
  • 2 TEASPOONS sauce thickener
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Put the rice in about 100 ml of boiling salted water. Cover and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes

    Peel, wash, halve and slice the kohlrabi. clean, wash and halve the sugar snap peas

  3. 3

    Put the kohlrabi in 100 ml of boiling salted water, cover and steam for about 8 minutes. Add sugar snap peas and cook for about 3 minutes

    In the meantime mix sesame and breadcrumbs. Wash the fillet and dab dry. Season with salt and pepper. Turn in sesame seeds and press well. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the meat on each side for 5-6 minutes at medium heat.

    Pour milk to the vegetables, bring to the boil and thicken. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Arrange everything. Garnish with lemon balm
