Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g frozen vegetables from the Balkans
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2 packages (250 g each) Express-Tip Long Grain Rice
  • 600 g Turkey Breast
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Aiwar (spicy-hot spice paste)
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth

Directions

    Put the undefrosted vegetable mixture into 100 ml of boiling water. Cover and bring to the boil over high heat, then cook for approx. 5 minutes, stirring

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into pieces of about 2 cm. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Fry the meat for 5-6 minutes while turning it. Add rice and 2 tablespoons of water and fry for another 3 minutes, turning. Season with salt and pepper. Add vegetables, aiwar and stock, bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper and arrange in bowls or deep plates
