Wash the fish, dab dry and cut into small cubes. Wash the herbs, shake dry and put something aside for garnishing. Cut chives into small rolls, dab off and chop the coriander leaves and dill flags
Mix fish cubes, herbs, lemon juice, curry and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill for about 15 minutes.
Put an appetizer ring on each plate. Pour in the tartar and press it lightly. Remove the rings. Garnish the tartar with the remaining herbs
