Scrambled eggs with shrimps

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 8 Eggs (size M)
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 120 g Shrimp meat (deep sea crab meat)

Directions

    Wash the dill and dab dry. Flags, except some for decoration, pluck and chop finely. Mix eggs and whipped cream. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the fat in a pan.

    Add egg milk and sprinkle with dill. Leave to stand over medium heat. Push the egg mass together several times. Remove from the heat and add the shrimps. Garnish with the remaining dill flags.
