  • 8 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter or margarine
  • 200 g North Sea crab meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill

Directions

    Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Heat the fat in a pan. Pour egg mixture into the pan and push it together with a spatula over medium heat until the egg has set.

    Arrange scrambled eggs alternately with prawns in glasses and garnish with dill.
