Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and onion. Whip the oil into it. Wash, peel and dice the cucumber. Mix cucumber and vinaigrette. Wash and drain the salad.
Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into fine rolls. Beat the eggs, cream, some salt and pepper. Add half of the chives to the eggs. Cut the bacon into strips and let it crisp in a hot pan.
Add the eggs and let them set while stirring. Put the lettuce leaves on a plate and arrange the cucumber salad on top. Add brown bread with some butter and let the scrambled eggs slide on it.
Sprinkle with remaining chives and serve garnished with parsley.
