Schnitzel with spinach, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 800 g young spinach (ready to cook)
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 8 Pork cutlet (approx. 80 g each)
  • 250 g Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Wash and drain the spinach. Peel onions and garlic and dice finely. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Heat the fat in a large pot. Fry the tomatoes, onions and garlic. Add the spinach and let it collapse. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg

    Dab the meat dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the meat for about 6 minutes while turning. Pluck the cheese into small pieces and fold into the spinach. Arrange schnitzel and spinach on plates
