Ingredients

  • 4 Pork cutlet (100 g each)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 75 g Bacon
  • 1/2 Pot of basil
  • 2 red and yellow peppers
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 200 ml clear vegetable stock
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Shashlik skewers

Directions

    Wash the meat, pat dry, tap a little flatter. Spread tomato paste on top, season with salt and pepper and cover with bacon. Wash the basil, dab dry, remove the leaves and spread on the bacon. Roll up meat firmly, cut into slices and put on skewers. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Peel garlic, cut into thin slices. Fry both in hot olive oil while turning for about 5 minutes.

    Season with salt and pepper. Fry the skewers in cooking fat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Deglaze with broth and bring to the boil briefly. Stir in ketchup, season to taste again. Arrange skewers with paprika and sauce on plates. Serve garnished with basil. Serve with herb baguette
