Savoy cabbage and apple salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Head Savoy cabbage
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 200 g Celery Tuber
  • 1 Apples
  • 4 large cabbage leaves

Directions

    Cleaning the savoy cabbage. Remove 4 beautiful leaves. Cut cabbage into quarters. Cut 400 g cabbage into fine strips from the stalk. Use the rest of the cabbage for other purposes. Blanch the cabbage strips in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes. Pour into a sieve and rinse immediately with very cold water

    For the dressing, mix cream and lemon juice and season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar

    Peel the celery. Wash the apple. Cut celery and apple into fine strips. Mix all prepared salad ingredients

    Wash cabbage leaves thoroughly, shake dry and arrange salad in the leaves
