Clean and wash the savoy cabbage and cut it into strips from the stalk. Peppers clean, wash and dice. Peel and dice the onion. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat for about 5 minutes, turning it well.
Add bacon after 4 minutes. Remove the minced meat and sauté the prepared vegetables in the frying fat for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with cream and stock. Put the minced meat back into the pan. Bring to the boil and cook in the closed pan for about 10 minutes.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and cumin.
