Sand cake with crunchy cream

Ingredients

  • 2 can(s) (à 315 ml) Mandarin oranges
  • 7-10 Tbsp 200 g
  • 7-10 Tbsp Whipped cream
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1/2 package (50 g) 8-core mix
  • 1 (400 g) Package
  • 7-10 Tbsp "Butter sand cake"

Directions

    Drain the mandarins. Whip the cream until stiff and allow the vanilla sugar to trickle in. Fold in the yoghurt and the grain mixture. Cut open the sand cake. Serve with tangerines and crunchy cream. Results in approx. 10 pieces
