Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 small onion
  • 75 g Smoked salmon
  • 3 Stem(s) Dill
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 discs Toast

Directions

    Hard boil eggs. Quench, peel and let cool. Peel and chop onion. Dice salmon finely. Wash and chop the dill. Season everything with lemon juice and pepper. Cut the eggs into slices.

    Toast bread. Cut out sixths or possibly 6 circles. Spread 1 egg slice and some salmon on each. Chop the rest of the egg and add it
