Salmon tartar on pumpernickel

  • 150 g Schmand
  • 2 TEASPOONS Horseradish from the jar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Spring onions
  • 150 g smoked salmon fillet
  • 3 discs (60 g each) Pumpernickel
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lettuce, lemon wedges and dill

Directions

    Mix sour cream and horseradish, season with salt and pepper. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Cut salmon fillet into small pieces and mix with the spring onions. Quarter the pumpernickel slices. Add 1 blob of horseradish cream to each slice. Spread salmon tartare on top. Serve garnished with salad, lemon wedges and dill
