Ingredients

Servings: 10
  • 1–2 red chillies
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Organic limes
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1.5 kg Salmon fillet with skin
  • 1 TABLESPOON coarse sea salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grill trays

Directions

  1. 1

Clean the chilli, carve lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and finely chop. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash limes, grate dry and finely grate the peel. Squeeze the limes. Mix everything with oil.

  2. 2

Wash the salmon and dab dry. Cut into 10 pieces and put them in a bowl. Spread the marinade over the fish, cover and leave to cool for at least 1 hour.

  3. 3

Remove salmon from the marinade, pat dry and place on grill trays. Grill on the hot grill for about 3 minutes on each side. Season with sea salt. Pesto potatoes taste good with it.
