Salmon breast with fan potatoes

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp a little + 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 kg medium potatoes salt
  • 600 g Salmon fillet (without skin)
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lime or lemon
  • 1 washer Toast
  • 1 collar Dill
  • 1 TABLESPOON liquid honey
  • 3 TSP medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp untreated lime
  • 7-10 Tbsp or lemon

Directions

    Grease a large flat casserole dish or the fat pan. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them vertically close together, but do not cut through them. Put into the form

    Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and drizzle over it. Sprinkle potatoes with salt. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 30-35 minutes

    Wash the salmon, pat dry and cut into 4 pieces. Sprinkle with lime juice and let it steep a little. Crumble toast finely. Wash the dill and chop finely, except for a little to garnish. Mix honey, mustard, dill and bread

    Season salmon with salt and pepper, spread honey-mustard mixture on top. Add salmon to the potatoes and bake everything else for about 15 minutes. Serve, garnish with lime and the rest of the dill. Serve with a green salad

    Drink: cool white wine
