Ingredients

  • 300 g Salmon fillet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 8 Shrimps (with shell; without head; à approx. 30 g)
  • 1 Lime
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 50 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink berries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Shashlik skewers

Directions

    Wash the salmon, dab dry and cut into large cubes. Season with salt and sprinkle with lemon juice. Remove the shrimps from their shells and remove the intestines. Wash the lime, dab dry and cut into 8 slices.

    Put salmon, prawns and lime wedges on 8 wooden skewers. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the salmon and prawn skewers in portions for about 5 minutes. Turn from time to time. Clean, wash and pat dry the lamb's lettuce.

    Season skewers with pepper. Arrange 2 skewers with lamb's lettuce on each plate. Sprinkle with pink berries. Garlic sauce tastes good with it.
