Salad with buffalo mozzarella and Caesar salad sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 6 discs White bread
  • 3-4 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 100 g Parmesan (piece)
  • 150 g Salad cream
  • 200 g Schmand
  • 2 TEASPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 piece(s) Buffalo mozzarella (approx. 125 g each)
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Rocket salad
  • 1 Lollo-rosso salad
  • 1 Radicchio salad

Directions

    For the croutons, peel the garlic and chop very finely. Cut the bread into cubes. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the bread in it for 3-4 minutes while turning it over until golden brown. Fry half the garlic briefly.

    Take everything out.

    For the sauce, grate the parmesan finely. Mix with salad cream, ##shmand##, mustard, ##vinegar##, lemon juice and the rest garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Drain the mozzarella and cut into thin slices. Wash the tomatoes, cut in half. Clean, wash, spin dry and pluck salads into pieces.

    Mix lettuce, tomatoes and mozzarella with the salad dressing. Arrange and sprinkle with the croutons.
