Salad plate with croutons & parmesan

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 5 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TEASPOONS Mustard
  • 9-10 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 discs Toast
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 discs Bacon (breakfast bacon)
  • 1 Rocket salad

Directions

    Mix vinegar, lemon juice and mustard. Whip 8 tbsp. oil with the whisks of the hand mixer drop by drop. Season salad dressing with salt and pepper

    Cut the toast into cubes. Peel and halve the garlic. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Add garlic. Roast the toast cubes in it until golden brown. Take out. Fry bacon until crispy, drain on kitchen paper

    Clean, wash and cut the salad into strips. Break the bacon into pieces. Mix both with the garlic croutons and the salad dressing. Arrange the salad on 4 plates. Slice or grate the Parmesan cheese with a peeler

    Drink: cool white wine
