Clean, wash and chop the beans. Cook in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes, drain. Boil eggs for 8-10 minutes. Then rinse cold, peel and cut into eighths. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes.
Peel and finely slice the onions. Clean, wash and cut the romaine lettuce into strips. Drain the tuna. Wash the herbs. Pluck leaves or needles from the stalks. Mix vinegar and lemon juice, season with salt, pepper and sugar.
Whip the oil underneath bit by bit. Stir in the herbs. Carefully mix the prepared salad ingredients and marinade. Serve in portions with olives and lemon wedges.
