Cream butter, sugar and egg with the whisk of the hand mixer. Dissolve saffron in milk, stir in. Mix flour and starch and knead in with the dough hooks of the hand mixer.
Pour the dough into a piping bag with a medium-sized star-shaped spout. Spray stars onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes.
Let it cool down on a cake rack. Tie the stars with ribbons as desired.
