Ingredients

  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 200 g Paprika
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 30 g Butter
  • 5 g Basil
  • 1 TEASPOON Nutmeg
  • 1 TEASPOON Paprika powder
  • 1 TEASPOON Salt Pepper

Directions

    Peel and quarter the potatoes.

    Wash and quarter the peppers.

  3. 3

    Cook the potatoes and peppers in salted water for about 20 minutes.

    Drain the water and let it cool down a little (approx. 20 minutes.

    Warm milk with butter slightly and add to the Russel Hobbs with potato and paprika.

    Add basil leaves and spices and mix everything briefly at level 4.
