Rösti with herb quark and ham

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS clarified butter
  • 1 package (750 g) Potato pancake dough for potato pancakes (cooling shelf)
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 250 g Edible quark (20 % fat in dry matter)
  • 50 g frozen chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 discs cottage ham (approx. 30 g each)

Directions

    Heat oil and clarified butter in a frying pan. Form the potato pancake dough into approx. 12 Rösti and fry them in portions in hot fat for approx. 8 minutes while turning until crispy

    In the meantime clean and wash the spring onions and cut them into fine rolls. Mix quark, spring onion and chives, season with salt and pepper. Arrange the rösti, ham and quark
