Ingredients

  • 5 Branches of rosemary
  • 1 TABLESPOON colourful peppercorns
  • 200 g Sea salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions

    Wash the rosemary, pluck the needles from the twigs and chop very finely. Crush pepper in a mortar. Mix sea salt with rosemary and pepper. Add lemon juice while stirring constantly. Pour salt into a sealable glass.
