  • 8 Chicken legs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sweet peppers
  • 1 TEASPOON Herbs of Provence
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parchment paper and ribbon

    Wash chicken legs, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Place meat on the fat pan of the oven and roast in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-30 minutes. Mix oil, paprika and herbs of Provence. Spread the chicken legs 5 minutes before the end of the frying time. Remove the chicken and let it cool down a little. Wrap the legs with parchment and tape
