Roasted cauliflower with steak cubes

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Pork loin steaks (approx. 300 g)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS butter/margarine
  • 6 TABLESPOONS sweet-sour chili sauce

    Dab the meat dry and cut into large cubes. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the meat in it vigorously, turning it frequently. Season with salt and pepper, remove

    In the meantime, clean and wash the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets. Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings

    Heat 2 tablespoons of fat in the frying fat. Fry the cauliflower for about 8 minutes. Fry the spring onions briefly. Stir in 5-6 tbsp. water and chilli sauce. All

    Add the meat to the pan, mix in and continue cooking for about 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve. Fresh bread tastes good with it
