Roasted asparagus with sesame gnocchi

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1.5 kg green asparagus
  • 1 Onion
  • 2-3 stem(s) Sage
  • 2 (400 g each) Bag of gnocchi (cooling shelf)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame
  • 5-6 Tbsp Butter

Directions

    Wash the asparagus and cut the ends off generously. Cut the asparagus into pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the sage, remove the leaves and pat dry.

    Put the gnocchi in plenty of boiling salted water and let them simmer at low heat for about 2 minutes. Drain

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the asparagus for 5-6 minutes, turning frequently. Fry the onion briefly. Season with salt and pepper

    Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat. Add butter and allow to froth. Add sage and fry briefly. Fry the gnocchi in it. Fold in asparagus, season to taste

    Drink: cool white wine
