Ingredients

  • 1 Bread roll (from the previous day)
  • 1 kg Turkey Breast
  • 3 Onions
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 500 g ripe strawberries
  • 6 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • baking paper

Directions

    Soak rolls in cold water. Wash the turkey breast, dab dry and dice finely first, then chop finely. Peel and finely dice 1 onion. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Finely dice the cheese

    Knead the minced turkey, squeezed bread roll, diced onion, egg, parsley, 1 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. Knead in cheese cubes. Form a loaf from the mixture and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 1 hour.

    In the meantime wash and clean the strawberries. Finely dice half of the strawberries, mash the rest. Dice 2 onions very finely. Wash and chop the thyme. Mix strawberry puree and diced strawberries, onions, thyme, vinegar and oil. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Arrange roast turkey and strawberry salsa
