Wash the chicken and pat dry. Season inside and out with salt and pepper. Tie legs and wings together with kitchen string. Place on an oiled fat pan. Roast in a hot oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for 1-1 1/4 hours
Clean or peel and wash the zucchini, onion, carrots and potatoes. Cut everything roughly, mix with oil, salt and pepper
Warm honey and beer. After about 30 minutes frying time, spread the potato and vegetable mixture around the chicken. Coat the chicken more often with honey glaze and finish frying. Serve everything
