Roast beef sandwich with pesto and cress

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 8 discs Wholemeal sandwich toast bread
  • 4 TABLESPOONS green pesto
  • 150 g Roast beef cold cuts
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Remoulade (glass)
  • 1 Beet Cress

Directions

    Spread 4 slices of toast with pesto and top with the roast beef slices. Spread remoulade on top. Cut the cress from the bed and sprinkle on the tartar sauce. Place the remaining slices of toast on top.

    Quarter each sandwich and arrange on plates.
