Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp 4 (à 125 g) frozen salmon slices
  • 1 washer pineapple ready to eat (2-3 cm thick)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 4 discs Gouda cheese (about 15 g each)
  • 2 packages (250 g each) Express rice "Risi Bisi"

Directions

    Defrosting laugh lines. Cut pineapple into 8 thin slices. Cut 4 slices into 3 pieces. Wash the fish, dab dry and season with salt, pepper and some lemon juice. Heat oil in a pan and fry pineapple slices/pieces briefly. Put the slices on a baking tray and put the pieces aside.

    Fry the salmon fillets in the pan on both sides for 2 minutes each, then place them on the pineapple slices. Cover each salmon fillet with 3 pieces of pineapple and a slice of Gouda. Bake the fish in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 4) for approx. 5 minutes until golden brown.
