Wash and clean the zucchini and cut into short strips. Peel and clean the carrots and cut them into short strips. Wash basil, shake dry, pluck leaves from stems and cut into strips. Mix rice, vegetables, basil, eggs and flour. Season with salt, pepper and curry and form into 16 meatballs. Heat the oil and fry the meatballs in portions on each side for about 5 minutes.
Clean and wash the salad. Arrange the finished meatballs on a board. Put 1/2 a lettuce leaf in between. Sprinkle with curry. Served with chilli sauce
