Ingredients

  • 1 Bag (62,5 g) 8-minute rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 1 small yellow pepper
  • 1 washer (125 g) Meatloaf
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2 stem(s) Thyme

Directions

    Put rice in boiling salted water and cook for 8 minutes. Clean and wash spring onions. Cut the green of the spring onions into rings and the rest into pieces. Clean, wash and chop the bell pepper. Cut meatloaf into pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the bell pepper and onion pieces in it. Add meat loaf and fry well. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Drain the rice bag. Mix the rice with the vegetables. Wash the thyme, dab dry and remove the leaves from the stems. Add to the rice pan with the spring onion rings. Flavour again. Sour cream tastes good with it
