Pour boiling water over the pasta and let it swell for about 10 minutes. Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat, remove. Wash and clean the zucchini, peel the onions. Cut both in a spiral slicer to long "spaghetti". Mix and put aside 1 pinch each of salt and sugar. Mix soy sauce with brown sugar and lime juice. Add oil drop by drop.
Drain the pasta and let it drain. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash coriander, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop coarsely. Mix pasta with zucchini, onions, tomatoes, coriander and sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Garnish with lime.
