Ingredients

  • 100 g Pistachios and cashey kernels
  • 1 (250 g) Pack. Jasmine Rice
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 50 g red lentils
  • 1 Essl. coriander seeds
  • 2 stem(s) Rosemary (nice and clean and dry)
  • 1 collar Thyme (nice and clean and dry)
  • 120 g dried tomatoes
  • 100 g Pine nuts
  • 250 g Risotto Reis
  • 7-10 Tbsp small pieces of parmesan cheese

Directions

    For the oriental mixture, roughly chop the pistachios and cashey kernels. Mix carefully with jasmine rice, raisins, lentils and coriander and fill in small cellophane bags in portions.

    For the Italian mixture chop the herbs roughly. Cut tomatoes into fine strips. Mix with pine nuts and risotto rice and also fill to taste. Serve with a small piece of Parmesan cheese.
