Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 kg Raspberries
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 package (500 g) Extra jelly sugar

Directions

    Select the raspberries, wash and drain. Mix the fruit, lemon juice and jam sugar well. Bring to the boil over high heat, stirring constantly, and boil for 3 minutes until bubbly.

    Pour jam into prepared jars, close them, turn them over immediately and leave them to stand for 5 minutes. Results in approx. 6 jars of 200 ml each.
