Radish rocket salad with country hunters

Ingredients

Servings: 9
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Vinegar (e.g. apple vinegar)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 20 Landjäger replaces or air-dried Mettwurst (air-dried raw sausage; approx. 800 g)
  • 3 Federation Radishes
  • 150 g Arugula (rocket)
  • 1 Beet Cress

Directions

    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and some sugar. Add the oil. Cut the sausage into thin slices. Clean and wash the radishes and slice or cut them into thin slices. Mix everything with the marinade.

    Leave to soak for at least 1 hour.

    Clean, wash and drain the arugula well. Rinse cress and cut from the bed. Mix both into the salad. Season to taste again.
