Roast pine nuts in a large pan without fat while turning, remove. Heat the butter in the pan and fry the gnocchi for about 10 minutes, turning them carefully from time to time.
In the meantime clean, wash and quarter radishes. Wash the rocket, shake dry and chop coarsely.
Season gnocchi with salt and nutmeg. Add radishes to the gnocchi. Fry for about 5 minutes more. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Fold in pine nuts and rocket.
