Clean, wash and cut the radicchio into 8 slices. Heat the oil in a flat frying pan. Fry the salad slices for about 1 minute while turning. Crumble the cheese over the slices. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 4) for about 5 minutes.
