Rinse 1 tin of white bean seeds in a sieve with cold water and drain. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut black olives (without stone) into slices. Cut mozzarella into thin slices.
Mix beans with pesto. Arrange on pans with tomatoes, olives and approx. 2 tablespoons pine nuts. Cover with mozzarella and bake in the raclette machine for about 3 minutes.
